11" DD Waterproof Search Coil

This ETEKPRO11DD-SKD package comes standard with the 11" Biaxial DD elliptical search coil.

Compared with the smaller standard concentric-coil configuration, the larger DD coil provides more ground coverage per sweep and is a useful choice for open fields, parks, relic sites, and areas where target separation matters.

The search coil is waterproof, but the EuroTek Pro control housing is not weatherproof or submersible. Keep the control box dry when detecting around water.

Numeric Target ID and 3-Tone Audio

The EuroTek Pro displays detected targets on a 1–99 numeric Target ID scale. Lower numbers generally represent lower-conductivity targets such as iron, while higher values indicate increasingly conductive targets.

The visual Target ID works together with a 3-tone audio system, allowing you to evaluate a target using both its displayed conductivity number and its audio response before deciding whether to dig.

FeTone® Adjustable Iron Audio

The EuroTek Pro uses an adjustable discrimination system rather than relying only on preset target categories.

Target ID values from 1 through 69 can be eliminated, allowing you to progressively reject unwanted lower-conductivity targets. V-Break® also allows the audio breakpoint to be adjusted, giving you additional control over how targets are represented through the detector's tone system.

Pinpoint and Depth Information

Once a target is located, press and hold the Pinpoint control to switch to non-motion pinpointing.

Unlike normal motion detection, Pinpoint Mode lets you hold the search coil stationary over the target to help determine its exact location. It also provides higher-resolution depth information to help you recover targets more efficiently.
