Detector Warehouse Shipping Policy

At Detector Warehouse, we work hard to get your order out fast so you can get detecting without delay.

Order Processing

• All orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday go out the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central on Fridays or during the weekend will ship the next business day.
• Same-day shipping does not apply to orders with address issues or fraud risk status until the necessary confirmation has been received. In these cases, Detector Warehouse will email you right away to request the needed information so your order can be released for shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Ground Delivery: Once the package is shipped, transit time is 3–5 business days for most U.S. addresses.
• Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, carrier volume, or unforeseen delays (such as weather).

Free & Paid Shipping Options

• Orders of $99 or more qualify for free economy shipping (3–5 business days) within the continental U.S.
• Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico do not currently qualify for free shipping and may incur additional shipping charges.

Fraud Prevention & Verification

For your security and ours, orders flagged as medium or high risk of fraud will only be shipped to the billing address after confirmation.

• Detector Warehouse reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice.
• If necessary, Detector Warehouse reserves the right to request a valid ID for verification purposes. The information can be a picture of the Driver's Liscense along with a picture of the credit card showing the name on card and the last 4 digits. This information will be used solely to confirm your payment details.
• Failure to provide the requested documentation will result in the cancellation of your order.

Carriers & Tracking Information

• We ship using UPS and USPS.
• PO Box addresses are shipped with USPS, while most residential orders are shipped with UPS.
• As soon as your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier’s website, as it may take some time before information appears.

Domestic Shipping Only

We do not ship international versions of manufacturers’ products, as they are not available to us. Detector Warehouse is only authorized to sell within the United States, and we cannot accept or fulfill international orders.
