Warranty or Repairs for Garrett, Minelab, Nokta, XP, Whites, Fisher CLICK HERE
Return and Refund Policy: All items must be returned within 30 days for a full refund in the original box with all included accessories.
Detector Warehouse pays return shipping charges and insurance. If the return is for warranty repairs or replacement, it must be returned to that manufacturer for warranty work or replacement.
Detector Warehouse reserves the right to inspect and test any returned item to verify defects and customer mis-use or operating before a refund is issued.
Detector Warehouse does not ship international versions of manufactures products as they are not available to us. International buyers if you need assistance for warranty issues please contact us.
Items purchased through our website have U.S. Warranties unless otherwise stated. International buyers are responsible for all shipping charges and return shipping charges of repaired or replaced metal detectors or accessories under the warranty period. If your purchase was shipped free, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. We will not refund any return shipping or packing fees.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt and inspection of returned item(s). Refunds are credited back to original payment source.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico does not currently qualify for free shipping.
